Biogas Desulfurisation System

Say Goodbye to Harmful and Corrosive Hydrogen Sulfide in Your Biogas

with Our Designed & Made in Malaysia Biological Biogas Desulfurization System

Biogas Desulfurisation system

What is Biological Desulfurisation?

Biological desulfurization, also known as biogas scrubber, is a process that uses microorganisms to remove sulfur compounds, particularly hydrogen sulfide (H2S), from biogas.

Why Choose Our Biological Desulfurisation System?

Using a unique biological process designed by Malaysian with proven track record, our system efficiently removes H2S from your biogas. The system consists of a reactor vessel where the biogas is sprayed with scrubbing liquid inoculated with specialized microorganisms. These microorganisms oxidize the H2S to sulfate, which is then precipitated as elemental sulfur.

Our biological biogas desulfurization system has several benefits over traditional chemical methods. First, it produces less waste and does not require the use of harsh chemicals that can be harmful to the environment. Second, it has a lower operating cost because it uses naturally occurring microorganisms to perform the desulfurization process.

Besides removing H2S, our reactor vessel is able to remove ammonia as well.
